 We first start with a two hour assessment testing core stabilization, pelvic tilt (Left & Right) and over 20 tests to find muscle imbalances that could be the underlying issues to your injury/pain or the inability to get the distance you have been wanting to get with your driver or irons without pain.

After the assessment we will be prescibing a mobility/fascia release and stretching program to begin your journey to playing better and feeling better.

IT IS PROVEN THAT EVEN IF YOU JUST STRETCH THE TIGHT MUSCLES TO GET SYMMETRY RIGHT TO LEFT YOU WILL SEE A 10-20 YRD INCREASE IN YOUR IRONS AND DRIVERS AND YOU WILL MOVE AND FEEL BETTER

Core Stabilization

What's the saying .... You can't fire a cannon from a canoe.

We teach you the importance of training the correct core muscles by using tools to monitor and correct the possible compensation patterns you have acquired over the years due to bad posture, surgeries in the abdomen ( Hernias and C-sections) and poor training due to lack of knowledge.

Posture is one of the top priorities to keep you standing up tall, playing your favorite sport or hobby without injury. Posture training takes 6-12 weeks depending on the clients commitment to stretching what is tight and strenghtening what is weak on the days that they aren't with their trainer.

This is the fun stuff, but comes last in our training due to the importance of all the other FIVE factors mentioned above. 

We have to make sure your body has optimal ranges in motion, good alignment/posture, optimal core stabilization and strength before we can put explosive movements in your program.
